The Latino Media Collaborative and CALÓ News are partnering with ASU’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication to host an event focused on the state of local Latino journalism. Taking place on September 25, 2025, from 4:30–7:00 PM at the Cronkite School in Phoenix, AZ, the event will explore how the current media landscape in Arizona—and beyond—serves Latino communities, identify gaps, and discuss opportunities to strengthen the region’s news ecosystem.
